I've had the nismos and they were cool, not that I tried any others.

Yummy.

I prefer the DC Sport Headers & Strup Headers for their relatively low price compared to others. They yield good gains and won't cost you an arm. It has never even gone through my head to spend 1k+ just on the headers itself witout labor.

If you have the money, Crawfords & Nismo are great [if you ignore the price ]. Otherwise, go with DC or Strup.

These are the only pics I have of the passenger side headers. If the crawfords come out any further than the nismos I can see some issues, possible issues with transfercase and front driveshaft?

Your drivetrain is AWD than. I have a buddy that is running stillen headers on his AWD with no problems. He had the crawford cats as well and had to trim the metal of the cats to clear the AWD components.

I think any headers will fit without issue except maybe the crawfords which may or may not. I wonder if any of the G35x guys have a list of headers that have been proven to fit.

Downside of the Nismos is the price. If the price is not an issue the Nismos are made better. They are a pita since the flange bolt areas are really tight.
