If you press reset on the page with the leaf then it will record it on to the record page. If you've done that and its still blank then you got a problem.

What he said.

I like to reset mine every fillup or every other fillup. Decreased fuel economy is a great way to detect problems so it's probably a good practice to reset it at most fillups since the push of a button makes fuel economy recording almost mindless if you have the Nav system.

exactly! i press the reset and hold the enter button at the trip meter (check how much miles to the fill-up)

works like a charm and helps me detect how I've been driving or any weird things going on lol

At fillup time, I push the Reset button to **** the mpg's again to start the calculation all over again on the new tank of fuel.
Once you push the Reset, it saves to memory what the mpg's were which can then be read, along with the past 7 or 8 calculations, in 'View' (fuel economy record).

Did they change the fuel screen for the 06 coupes? Cause I got the navi in my '06 and there is no "leaf" like ive seen in some pictures in some other cars. Looks kinda totally different

Mkae sure you have a MPG reading when you reset. If you reset when **.* is showing for MPG your record will show nothing. Try this Get on the freeway and reset the Avg. MPG once it shows a reading. Reset it about 4-5 times and you will start seeing the fuel economy record charting the different reset points.
Enjoy.
