I was driving on the freeway this afternoon behind a newer Ford Explorer. Then all of a sudden the Explorer hits some debris and kicks it up in the air, a huge chunk of wood probably the size of a brick hits my license plate and scrape the paint off of it. I just had to say that although the front plates do make the front of the car ugly, it really saved my bumper from any paint repair.

I'm stuck with them too, so it's good to know they're good for something.

sometimes those drivers who play "bumper cars" when they are paralel parking in brooklyn, hit my ez pass which is mounted on my front plate

lol ezpass mounted on the front plate? no problems with weather and theft?

i have an ez pass but i just register my car to my ezpass and never used it again. since they got those "keep moving" lanes at the toll. your license plate is all you need to register at the toll.

 

Thats soo lucky! You better frame that thing. Its like kevlar for your car.

 

Maybe I should put a plate on the front of my car. NOT.
