This might seem retarded to some of you but im putting out there anyway. Infiniti has been around for a while now and very successful. The cars they make are great to drive, they give you everything you could want in luxury performance sedan/coupe or SUV. However now that infiniti has been in the ring a while why have they not come out with a factory/after market production edition like the MB AMG, or the BMW M series or the audi S series or even the cadilac V series acura type S/honda SI. I feel that infiniti is legitimate enough to come out with a vechile with the power amped up(dual exhaust on the G) perhaps a small supercharger with the edition of a aftermarket ecu could give enormous power, bigger/staggered wheels, sport suspension, slightly more agressive body kit but not ricey perhaps a modified nismo or wald kit- something widebody or flared.

I dont know exactly what should be done but i think infiniti should step up and do this because im sure there are people who would be interested in a buying car like that, because not everyone wants to search around the aftermarket and buy all these separate parts individually and get them installed at different times. if your 40 years old with a family, I am sure they would rather jsut buy a special edition all under WARRANTY and MAINTENCE so they dont have to deal with the headaches if something happens. I think itd be cool to see what they came up with.

Indeed. While I'll always add a little something to differentiate my car among others, I also would not have hesitated to order something equivalent to say... ...the NISMO S1 package. Limited and well-rounded with a mild tune, it would have been a very nice starting point for me.

well in nissan's eyes when they just came out with the S-Tuned 350z and R-tuned it really brought the price tag way up and sales weren't big on it. Infiniti has not pushed yet to make a nismo version of the models at all. talks were just for a second and moved on to the next topic. so still no plans at all

 

why the hell would you debadge a skyline gt-r? aren't folks already debadging the g just to put "skyline gt-r" in its place?
