How did he get a 13.1 @ 111??? I thought at that speed he would have made it into the 12's.

 

Looks like he shifted into second halfway through the tach.

 

I found out that it is on the stock exhaust and street tires and crappy tune.

So maybe a little slack. The exhaust alone could yield another 20rwp, and a tune is a must. So add tires in and I can see low 12's.

Not bad looking though.
