Cold Start idle

Hi guys,

I dont know if this is a big deal, but im posting it cuz i dont think ive noticed it happen yet in my 3d week of owning a g coupe.

The last two times I started my car cold (temp gauge at 0), my car would idle at around 1100-1200. As I drive it and the car gets up to operating temps, it gradually drops down to 600-700 where it should be.

I know other cars somtetimes do this, but like I said, i dont think I noticed this on my coupe yet, so is this normal or a cause for concern???

car has no mods. And the temperature outside was 25 deg C (77 deg F). dont know if it matters.

I have a sedan but don't think that makes a difference. My car behaves EXACTLY like what you stated.

never owned anything with a motor that didn't do what your car does.
