G convertible
G convertible
not that i dont like any of the g's currently in production, in fact i love all of them. But in light of the summer and the amazing weather that has been brought upon us i kinda wish the was some kind of g convertible. How gorgous would a 6mt look and a 2dr. perhaps awd also. and the sedan is larger enough to handle a hardtop convertible. Maybe im just high as *** but thats like my dream g right there...bigger body 2dr hrdtp convertible with awd and rediculous preformance.
anyone else out there feeling me on this?

Look at the 350Z roadster, top down it looks badass, top up it looks like crap. Only convertible I would ever get is a Silvia Varietta.
1) i was talkin about a larger body convertible...sedan size with 2 larger doors insteadof 4.
2) the z and the coupe are not the same car...the g35c is longer which allows it to have the back seat.
I do agree about the Z but it was a hard top that followed the same lines as the coupe and not a rag top how much better would that look

G35 Coupe is 182.2" long, wheelbase is 112.2"
350Z is 169.8" long, wheelbase is 104.3"
The G is only 12.4" longer and only 7.9" is between the wheels. That does not put the G coupe in the "sedan size" category. If it was the sedan, you'd have to put an ugly *** roll bar for safety and you would lose all trunk space to the soft top, negating the purpose of a sedan.
Convertibles are best left to two seaters, a roll bar can be put in without it looking like crap and if the roof takes up the trunk you won't care, because the car wasn't bought for trunk space to begin with.
