If he was telling the truth Saleen doesn't make one with 425 engine hp. They make 335, 450, and 550 at the engine. Which means that he was talking rear wheel hp it would have to be the 550 hp version that puts ~425rwhp.
A 12.5 1/4 time is believable with that kind of power and a regular driver.
Street scenarios have proven all kinds of wierd results, but that car has more potential with a better driver.

Good job on the run! Just don't expect that outcome everytime.

...not much problem.... just the horrible, horrible installers at Atlantic Motorsports of Maryland...

~ Exhaust leak from bolt loose (bung)
~ A/C line melting in a week
~ Oil tap drilled to small... cracked and had to replace oil pan
~ Gaskets not all installed
~ 2 weeks of their lazy work schedule
~ list goes on fellas.... stay away from them..

i eventually got everything re-installed.. so problem since.. been boosting for 9 months now.

It seems like you've only had problems because of the installers. So the car has done okay? Ive been debating FI, but I cant sacrifice reliability seeing as how this is my daily driver.
