I agree, she illegally was driving on the shoulder. Not just that, she hit you!

 

Yeah..im gladd that nothing worse happened. I was turning probably 10 mph.
and my parents and my uncle are worried about going to the court. Im thinking about going to the driving school to drop my ticket. I dont want any record or my insurance. Im still 19.

can I take the driving course and also go to the court to file against this ticket ?

Our family never got into an accident in 10 years since we moved to arizona ?

The cop was being an a$$. He let that lady go after 10/15 mins and kept me for the ticket. they automaticly said it was my fault just by looking at her bumber ?

and anyone know how much the insurence will go up ?

TILL today in a month I Had:
cracked winshield
scratched rear bumper (another a$$ hit me frm behind)
now this accident

having bad luck with this car.

 

from the evidence you showed us, it's not your fault. If what you say is true, I say hire a court appointed lawyer and fight it.

 

I am 100% sure that i was not off the road. and i didnot do anything illegal. I just merged right kinowing that it was still one lane behind me and I was a crystler 300 in my rear view mirror.

So by that means I tried to go to the right lane. I was like in the middle of whre one lane turns into two lane. If u see the picture u will know what im talking about.

Im going to talk ot my dad abt it.
