The air filter was super dirty so I said screw it and got a new one. Always use Shell 93 from the same station. Driving style is basically the same. Not quite sure what is causing the problem.

Any ideas?

I don't know what is going on. For the moment, I will accept the winter fuel theory. Perhaps this weekend I will clean the mass air and perhaps check out the throttle body as well to make sure the butterfly is not sticking open. Otherwise, I may just do a reset as well.
