Thanks guys, but I swear my car is jinxed since the first day I got it. In this past year alone, I was rearended three times, flying piece of wood flew off a bed of a truck on the freeway and hit my car, and now this. The last time I was rearended it was a hit and run so my insurance had to pay for my car and the car in front of me when I was pushed into them. I think that I'm going to pay out of pocket on this one since I don't want my insurance premium to go up or even worse for them to drop me even though I have no points on my record or any accidents where I'm at fault.

In my experience, it makes a large difference if you pull it all the way up, as opposed to 50%-75%

Sometimes I pull it half way up, and it seems like I did nothing at all

well aftering being in the city so often..

always park in gear when your car is on a hill...

as for your incident.. i guess just be sure you pull your ebrake all the way up.. i used to park on 5-15 degree inclines with just my ebrake.. no problems..

gl getting it fixed!

Ok, I just dropped it off at 2Visions body shop and I was told that the only thing that will need to be replaced is the window regulator, which is a $75 part which they will have to order. Thank god that is all that's wrong with it, now if only Infiniti can do something about the e-brake.

THANKS JEFF AND KEE!!!!! I appreciate every single bit of your help.
