No response to any response to my emails to them asking for a expected delivery date. Their phone line always rings to a full mailbox.
I wish I would have looked them up in the better biz site before ordering. They have an F rating. I think i may be getting screwed over. I ordered bulbs from them because I saw a couple of posts on this forum, and members liked the bulbs, but other forums have bashed this company. Anyway thats my rant.

Did they send you an email with your order has been shipped?

 

Call your credit card company asap. Tell them to cancel the charge.

I received an email with a invoice # and was told they were shipped. I am in AZ. I find it hard to believe it would take over 5 days for them to arrive.

 

Wait a couple weeks and then contact the CC company if you dont receive them. Im sure they'll arrive soon

 

don't buy from luminicsdirect.com either - they suck in a way that's hard to describe.

 

i always hate when i do an impulse buy and dont look some thing up

 

will my CC reverse the charges two weeks after the transaction?

I ordered from them on Monday and got it on Friday. Fast shipping and i just got to installing them. to the OP, perhaps lost mail. it came from the usps. good luck

 

well, i ordered my bulbs on Nov. 30th and still havent heard a word. Looks like a charge back is in my near future...
