Report them to the Better Business Bureau.
If you used your credit card, call them too. Lots of CC companies will credit you back the amount with no accrued interest and then they do a back charge to the company that you originally purchased from.

I talked to my CC company..they usually only do chargebacks within 60days, but since this was a custom wheel order that takes time to produce they're working with me..
