I ordered a set of wheels through them back in July, here I am 5 months later and i have nothing to show for it, but a bank balance that's +$3k lower than it should be. So I go to check out their website to try and get their phone number so i can call and see what the hell is going on and bam....nothing!

5 months is a long time for Wheels.

Quick question..why would you wait 5 months before doing anything? I would contact them after at most 2-3 weeks to see whats up after paying 3k for wheels.

 

the last I heard from them was they were busy with SEMA which was a few weeks ago...

and I've read of people waiting over 3 months...

 

get on that call them up I would be a little more persistant on getting my wheels

 

In my years of internet surfing, it's become painfully clear that IForged will sell direct to customers but they will not provide good customer service to them. To get any type of good service from IForged you have to go through a dealer. I suggest you contact one, offer them a few bucks to advocate for you. The money really makes you their customer. All the people I know who got their IForged wheels from Derrick at www.d2autosport.com have been pleased, they get the wheels whem promised. Tell Derrick Reggie sent you.

 

Well I just talked to IForged, the reason their site was down was their server crashed..

As for my order (without going into too much detail), I went thru a local shop and had the wheels "ordered" in July. According to Steve@IForged who I just talked to, they have no record of any order being placed. So I've been scammed and I'm in the process of disputing the charge...

Oh wow.. Show them the charge from your account. I hope you get this settled man.

 

The issue is now with the local shop that placed the order, not Iforged since the order never actually got placed with them. Basically the shop took my money, never placed the order and has been lying to me about my order status the entire time.
