Angry CustomAutoMesh.com

Has anyone ordered anything from CustomAutoMesh.com within the last 3 weeks? I Ordered grills for my Nismo front and for my Kenstyle rear on Nov. 20th. They havent even gotten me a tracking number yet. Does anyone know of another company that sells this stuff so I can cancel my order and get my money back?

Have you emailed them about your order?
I have ordered from them before and have had nothing but good dealings with them.
I will try and pass your information to them and see if they can respond to you through this thread.

Unfortunately we have a had a few things working against us in the past 8 weeks or so. When we received our new batch of small mesh, it was the same exact style as our previous, but it was softer and more malleable. That said, we though they sent us the wrong material. After several coming and goings with our supplier (Reshipping to make sure they sent the right stuff......back and forth...yadda yadda) we were finally able to determine and have our supplier confirm that they did in fact change their process of manufacturing the small mesh. The new batches did not meet our standards as it would just not work for our customers applications. Additionally, the day after Thanksgiving, I spent being immobile due to a back spasm (Had no idea what it was but i was in the worst pain of my life). I went to the ER Saturday and I was basically unable to walk for the next week. That being said, we got backed up on orders.

Additionally, as we have stated on our website, we both have full time jobs that are first priority. Given that this is the time of year where my job is the most hectic, I am often working 12-14 hr days in addition to a 1.5hr commute home. Coupin827 is also extremely swamped working long shifts as well. By the time we get home, we are too exhausted to process orders. We try to catch up whenever possible and prevent people from waiting as we do know what it is like to be on the receiving end and we do our best to communicate any delays.

I can confirm that your order was shipped on Monday and according to USPS, it should take 2-3 days which means you should receive it tomorrow or Thursday....Friday at the latest if the USPS is backed up from the holidays. Unfortunately, we have found that the USPS tracking system is sub-par and ris not updated as quickly as it should be.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

I do understand that you have real jobs, and I do know how it is to throw out your back, but my order was processed with a status of "completed" on Nov. 14th. My car is in the shop and now I am being charged extra for every day that it sits there because it has taken nearly a month for you to get my order in the mail. I was also sent an email saying that my order was shipped out on the weekend of Nov. 30th. If that wasn't the case, why was the email sent to me? You just have to know where im coming from to understand how upset I am about the situation.

Can you at least send me the tracking number for the package? I wrote another email around 4:30 eastern time, but still no response. I was asking if you were gonna send the mesh for both front and rear...
