questions about OEM suspension parts

I'm buying an 03 sedan w/90k (without sports package) and had a PPI done today which revealed a number of things which I'm having dealt with. I just have two items remaining I'm trying to resolve.

1. Lower control arm bushings - the shop says these are worn and starting to part and need to be replaced at $200 each + labor. This seems rather excessive, is there an alternative?

2. Struts - this has been covered a million times I realize, but I still have a couple of questions. I'm not going for a modded car, but for the past 9 years, my daily driver has been an NSX, so I'm not going to be able to live with sloppy. Yet I don't want to spend a ton of dough, so I'm considering the Tokico D-specs. How is performance on these as compared to the OEM sports struts? Is there a significant price savings to go OEM? Do I need to replace the OEM springs as well? It appears if I go with the Tokicos, I may not need to replace the springs based on what I've read. Who has the best price on the D-specs?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
