How reliable is your G35 CD player?

My car is 7 month-old and the CD player just stoped working. I use it almost everyday exclusively maybe the heavy usage has something to do with it.

I am just wondering how reliable is your cdp and how often you use it?

Mine is terrible in the mornings. It skips like crazy!! I would take it in and replace it, but I'm getting an Alpine soon so I won't bother.

The CD player has been working fine in my 2004, but the drivers side speakers only works sometimes. I gotta bring it to the dealership one of these days...

My CD player actually sounds nice. I have had zero problems with it. However, the treble glitch is the only problem but no biggy. So, no problems here.

My passenger speaker went crackling on me and had it replaced free of charged (warranty) from the stealership.

Had my G for about 6 months now, no problems (Knock on wood) I use it just about everyday and sometimes I'm constantly changing CD's in one of the slots.

CD player replaced once. The new one skips the odd time but not enough at this point to warrant going back to the dealer to replace it again.

My 2003's CD player had to be replaced one year ago, but the new one has worked just fine.
