Anyone removed the Factory Sat Antenna from the G?

Anyone removed the Factory Sat Antenna from the G?
I was wondering if anyone has attempted to remove the Factory Sat Antenna from the G? I was wondering if it can be done without ant damage?

I took mine off but there is a mark they superglued it down so there are a couple dots where the glue was

I was hoping they used something like 3M tape from the factory, but no such luck, huh? I can't believe they would use glue on something like that from the factory, but that was my fear, and that if I went to pull it off it would mess up the paint.....
