Just got an AT 07 coupe for a loaner
brought my car in today for service and finally got an infiniti as a loaner...a nice red one too....didn't realize that the AT has some kick to it.....I love the black interior......wish the IP's came in black int....okay..just wanted to share that....
Yep, I got a 5AT 07 loaner too when I brought in my 05 6MT. It only had about 1300 miles on it too. Yes, the transmission (AT) is quite a bit better then the previous ATs. What I also noticed is when you switch to the Manual Mode, it would display "DS" in the red display on the dash. What the heck does that mean? Downshift? Anywho, I remember in the previous ones, when you shift into the manual mode, it would mean you had to shift. In the 07, it still didn't require shifting and would shift automatically until you move it into + or - and then would require you to shift. Also, no more Handle to close the doors either. And, where the heck are the seat warmer buttons? I looked but didn't find it?
The car is also alot more automated now: Dash dimmer has buttons, timer on the dispaly for the auto headlights, etc. All in all, nice upgrades. Most definetly better then the previous Sedans for sure. Now, I would love to see what the coupe has in store for us.
