I think you need to chuck your skunk spacer. Skunk makes better parts for Honda motors, not Nissans.

I had skunk2 spacer with the first generation crawford upper plenum in my 03 Coupe AT before going to SC. I recalled starting a bit slower on the bottom end of RPM, low torque, but when it kicked it at mid and high, it really took off much more quicker and smoother. I could accelerate, getting on the freeway, all the way to 100 very smooth and quick. Initially, there more space/room to suck in air so there's a light delay, IMO. Once (1-2 seconds)it's fully running, it kicked in very fast - feel in the seat of my pants - that's my gauge!

update:
reinstalled my stock oem sedan muffler.

After driving with it for a week or so, I can say that muffler made no difference in low end or 0-60 times so spacer was the culprit.

UPDATE: Sold 5/8 skunk 2 spacer, got 5/16 Motordyne.
Results very disappointing but it seems that this spacer has no positive effects on times as well, plus plenum gets hotter with the basic motordyne spacer since it has no thermal resistant properties like skunk 2 did.
