it is the extra 40 pounds that are sooo expensive.

There really may be a few higher priced things like the seats that push the price some.

I'm thinking it cost more cause it's more appealing IMO. If they ever make Dodge Viper Sedan(not gonna happen but just for an example)...how does a Dodge Viper Sedan sounds like to a consumer?

Both the sedan and coupe looks nice to me =D i think the reason why its more expensive because of KIDS =D and the demand

It cost more because the sedan is cool, but the coupe is cooler

porsche and aston have sedans coming...ferrari already has a sedan its called a quatroporte.

The coupe is also probably a lower production target...lower numbers require higher margins to cover costs, and profit.
