Tuners with expirience please help me figure this out, do I need a tune or what?

Ok guys what im trying to figure out is why after all my mods my car has actualy became slower.

Car is 2003 sport 70k 4 door Auto

First I had intake and free flowing exhaust, then resonator was replaced with 18" glass pack. Now installed 5/8 spacer skunk2.
My car seems slower liek it has lost power and it shows on gtech also, use to be 185hp and 210 trq now i get 175 hp and torque is around 185 190.

my 60 ft time is around 2.45 now, i think this is where my problem is i have lost low end power.

Maybe i have opened up the system too much or maybe my AF went nuts, either way i know i have lsot power...
Please help me out here guys on what to do..

Im thinking of going back to stock oem muffler since from what i hear stock sedan muffler has a valve that opens up at higher rpm and stays closed at lower providing more low end power. IS THIS TRUE?????????

ALso thinking of geting tuned with SAFC maybe my air fuel ratio is out of wack.

Please give your thoughts and ideas on what to do or whats currently going on with my car.

take off that skunk2 spacer, its crap. Get a motordyne. What intake and exhaust do you have?
