Yah it would not do much in court , but cops like to give you a bogus ticket so you loose time and money dealing with court and the fees. Nothing worse than going in to court. Like dude it's a G35 not a freaking Civic with no inspection and a exaust thats bigger than the engine.

 

I am back to continue the story.

So today i get pulled over by the same cop, he comes up to me and says didn't i warn you ? I told him yes less than a week ago, he starts asking me where i work etc , i was about to tell him none of your god damn business.

So he gives a 2nd warning for tints in 1 week , and writes me a nice ticket for no plate in the front 54 bucks. He told me next time he will pull me over for the tint, basically i think this is harassment already.

I had 10 cars in the past 5 years , and never got a single ticket , now with a G35 i got 4 tickets in less than a month.

Is it me of the cops hate G35?

They are 30% they are not dark at all you can see inside my car easy.

Well it looks like you are going to court. Especially if he didn't use a tint meter and if you have a receipt for the work.

 

Just to clarify no offense to those that are officers on the site,but half those retards are the ones on the harley's being mr.cool on their big bad pos harley. I had a sport bike if you couldn't tell....hey real quick though....why do they have two saddle bags?.....One is for the spare parts,and the other is for all the tools they will need to replace the ones that fall off. Yeah, I would've said go ahead and look underneath,no markings no name,no nothing all stock,so you can take your warning and stick it sideways up your ***. Probably some newb cop too.

 

They have nothing to do in their life , pulling over a G35 that has everything stock and only tints. His porbly hating cause his wife wants to get ****ed by me. lol

 

umm... if ur tints are illegal they are illegal. not that cops fault.

 

damn that is rough to get busted for 30% tint. However you are illegal so i do not think you can really complain. Even if he has a hard-on for you it's just another aspect of life

 

Sometimes they just don't know any better. I have a friend who owns a Dodge Neon SRT-4 and the factory exhaust make the Mustang Cobra sound normal. He got pulled over by a rookie and they got into an argument about his car being stock. Long story short the capitan shows up and took a look at it and advised him that the car was stock because he son owns one. Our cars have a very distinctive tone to them and whats funny is they all sound the same. What still has me confused is they say aftermarket exhaust are illegal. Well if they are why are they sold?

 

They are for off road use only I know, it's BS. I had a cop give me a ticket cause I had clear plastic cover over my front license plate. It was a vanity plate, and in NY, where I was at the time, they are just thin plates with sticker like vinyl on them. I didn't want it trashed. He said I was trying to obstruct the plates view. Oh well. I got it tossed out in court, but not untill paying the court fee
