Glad to hear you're alright.
Driving too fast for conditions is the most common reason for crash incidents. It probably didn't help that you don't have proper tires for conditions and that you likely have little experience with snow.

Man glad to hear you are ok, that sucks about the car, i know when i wrecked the front of my G it sucked, but hey look at the bright side, if it is totaled, insurance can get you a brand new one
