I get about 350-400 per tank and mostly highway. I use 93 octane and cruise control when possible.

Depends, if I keep it in D and drive normal I get 300+ on a tank (drove down to AC last week and realized this) If I keep it in manual mode and drive aggressive its more like 230-240 per tank.

On my current trip in the mountains (Texas panhandle, northern new mexico, southwest colorado, I've been getting over 26mpg.

I haven't checked my tires, and since they were rotated on the 5th, maybe they are over inflated

24 mpg. I do almost all highway driving. the only way to get decent gas mileage in this car is with a light foot.

So far I'm noticing folks with the bigger wheels seem to get lesser mileage vs folks who leave things stock (lets say everyone has similar driving habits...soft or hardcore). On my 99 Lexus ES300, with my stock 17s (which weigh about 17lbs a piece) I get about 22-25 MPG combining both city & highway driving (50% city/50% highway driving) depending on tire pressure etc...however when I use my SC430 wheels which weigh about 37lbs each, I get about 17-18 MPG (again 50% city/50% highway)....

Anybody else notice this as well? Less weight helps MPG especially when the weight of the wheels comes into play...

What are the weights of the stock wheels (17,18,19 and with chromes?)
