I've had my G coming up on two years this fall and city I consistently get 15-16 mpg. Highway it jumps to 24+. I'm also heavy on the pedal so that probably has something to do with my low city numbers.

I have an '07 coupe, with roughly 2000 miles, i get approximately 16-17 mpg with the way i drive.
However, if i drive normal, i will get about 26-28 mpg.

too early too tell (haven't even gone through a full tank yet), but seems to be about double what i got in my old car.

rotating mass has a lot to do with it.

anyone know why 5 gear is so "short"? doesn't seem right to be pulling 3krpm+ at highway speeds... (okay, 130-140, around here that's highways speeds), my old vic with less power would do less than 2k at those speeds, could get 30mpg out of it on the highway when it was in it's prime.

yea i usually only get 215 from a tank, but i guess i have to take in the factors that i drive only city, i fill up when i get to a 1/4 of a tank, my car idles alot and i always have the ac on, but i still think that sucks.

I filled up this morning and I had just about and 1/8th of a tank left and I got 286 miles out of it and when I filled it, it only took around 16 gallons. I drove to the track on this tank and made 6 passes in the quater and drove home a total of 256 miles and I used just under 3/4 of a tank. Does anyone know how to properly calculate mpg?

>5000 miles, coming back from Thousands Oaks to Vegas, got smidge over 400 miles on the tank, and avg speed of 80+, but, then not a consideration when buying this car.

I just made 400 miles twice!!! 60% city always under 50mph, 40% highway at constant 80mph, averaging 23mpg!
