Anyone have any other problems like this?
this is my first post, but i always read up information about the g35 because in a few months i will be getting one.
well anyways, i just read this in another forum and this was the first time hearing about this kind of problem on the G35. anyone else have this problem or have some insight into this?

so...at 87,000 KM
it decides to create and exhaust leak
well, i go to the shop today to take a look at it, and i find out a few things
One, the VQ is the worst designed engine in the world with no room to work
Two, it wasnt just a manifold gasket, or o2 housing like i thought it would
Three, i get to drop the tranny to replace the rear cross manifold, becuase some idiot at nissan decided to put a flex pipe in it, which im sure the hour or two at 6,000 RPM didnt help at all not to heat and crack.
sooooo i spend 200 in parts to fix an exhaust leak that is taking away .4 bar of boost, but i cant install until 2 weekends from now......
And to top it off....i get to clean the house tonight....great huh.
just wanted to vent on the stupid nissan design...
