ok so car was at the dealer for a whole week..for the steering column to be replaced... long story short. went to pick it up today and it was scratched up all over. the hood trunk pillers front bumper. so i refused to accept the pick up. and was told to talk to the service manager about this from the reception desk, because everyone else already went home.
my ? to you guys is. anyone expierience anything similar where the dealer breaks/scratches something. and what happened what they do and what was needed to be done. thanks guys.

thanks
any other suggestions?
Dealership scratched my bumper putting on my license plate. Though they never clearly said they admitted fault, the manager came out and told me they'd fix it.

On my 04 coupe, they managed to scratch it during an oil change. They offered to fix it but I refused knowing the whole fender will need to be sanded down and repainted, which was not worth it. I ended up letting their detailer touch it up. He did a pretty good job. Not perfect, but was good enough to hide it for the most part.
Not much I could do. They offered to pay for the whole body work, but I declined.
