Oil in the Spark Plug Chamber?

hey guys...just a question...but how serious is have some oil in the spark plug chamber? what could the problem be? and how does oil get in there in the first place?

i've searched but i keep getting threads that are DIY kinda info.

A little won't do anything. Alot might pose problems with the plug and/or coil. Since the oem valve covers DON'T have a seperate gasket that seals the plug gallies, you have to replace the whole valve cover. What a pain
