As for Lambo doors, these are very very pratical in tight parking spaces with a two door car (large doors) it allows much easier entry and exit to the car when faced with tight parking spaces without worry of dinging other cars (which is why they were invented for the Lambo to begin with... that and they were cool).
Long story short... do what tastes right...

have you ever seen them in person? obviously not...because they are NOT practical in any which way. they do not allow easier entry OR exit of the car.
when you open them, you still have to open them up and physically lift them. they don't open straight up like a lot of people thing. most people think they magically raise by themselves with shocks. wrong.
practical? hah.
