I will be needing to put my front plate on for NJ inspection in a month or so, and want to know if anybody has a source other than Stillen for the front plate adapter kit. I will purchase it if there is no other place that may have it cheaper....

Also, is the front tow hook cover a pain to remove? I repainted my front bumper last summer, and I don't want to chip the paint if possible....thnx.

Any help would be great...

with my old car, i simply zip tied the license plate through its holes to the front grill of the car. Looks like this might work with the G too, just put it in a license plate frame and wrap it in some fabric so it dosent scratch the car . Ghetto, i know.. but it works and didnt cost me anything, and easily removable in the parking lot of your inspection center.

 

Don't know anyone else other than Stillen with that type of set-up. I have one.

The cover has a small notch in it. Use a small flat screwdriver (tape it if you're worried about gouging paint if you slip) it pops right out. Self explanatory from that point on.

 

Tutin Infiniti has them I think... not sure how much though? Probably as more or more than Sillen direct - but you can call and ask: 714-832-6111... also Costa Mesa Infiniti sells a bunch of Stillen stuff, they might have: 714-241-1300 (they are both near Stillen that's why they carry their stuff)...
