damn man! I'm glad your ok but that picture nearly brings a tear to my eye! You are lucky she didn't run and was insured. Seems like most the people in Dallas don't have insurance. Someone ran me off the road on my gixxer sportbike back in may and I fractured c2 and c3 in my neck and had to pay 4,000 out of pocket so far cause the person didn't stop and i was tumbling into a ditch so i didn't get a plate.

You should be able to negotiate a nice settlement with the help of a lawyer. I go to Florida a lot, but Miami-Dade county is one place I will not even cross over the county line and enter. It's like a 3rd world country, you have the extremely wealthy and all the other poor people who work for them; no middle class anymore.

About the Job, Just say you have a Job. use the money from the insurance for the down payment. I don't think they will check the employment. When I bought my G last month. All they cared was the 10K down i was putting.
