her insurance company is not paying for the damaged? Atleast thats how you make it sound...

And i totally agree with you - people in florida can't drive to save their lives. You would think they went to the local walmart to get their drivers license. One reason i am so against law, i love to speed, and i have no mercy for old people who get killed in car accidents.

There are plenty of threads out there that g35 mass and everyone else has bashed the hell out me, but guess what? THey haven't driven a car in florida.

Physical therapy ! Go there even if you're not hurt, in which case you are... which is even better for the law suit.

Get a lawyer ASAP, tell him you want to start physical therapy, he'll refer you to a medical office where you'll have to go 3-4 times a week for therapy. Do it, it's going to be well worth it in the long run.

I remember bashing you. It's funny...as I was reading the OP's post, I was actually thinking back to your post in another thread where you said how many old people there are in Florida who can't drive for sheet.

Sorry to see your car like that dude. I'd be furious too...I hope her insurance rates go up hundreds of dollars per year.

If you play your cards right, you won't have to worry about money for awhile. Just buy your next G straight up cash.

u cuban?(eres prieto acere? LOL) i know thats a little off topic, but since ur from miami oh and yea bro that really sucks, hopefully everything turns out well. about the miami driving, i dunno, i guess im used to the overly agressive drivers, its where i grew up! i went up north to orlando for vacation last year(disney world) and i was AMAZED at how nice other drivers were, and no one was tailgating... so nice compared to here>>
