G35 auto tranny pan capacity?

How many quarts of fluid does the G35 auto tranny pan hold?

Service manual says 10qts, very hard to empty the entire transmission system without pulling the torque converter.

The actual pan holds 10 qts? I don't think so...?

Trans data, I say 10 because I've put 10 in after rebuilding the tranny.
