fog lamp/ high beam = H4 bulb?

I have a 03 coupe, is the highbeam and foglamp a dual filament H4 bulb?

no, 06+ headlights have bi-xenons. the HID's are both your low/high beams. the h1 bulbs are your fogs.

what about a 03 Sedan that did not have HID?
I got a friend that has one! What Size bulb is the Low Beam and FL/HB?

You'll need H1 for low beams, I got the Luminics, I saw many people talking about the company, not very happy, because it's not very blue. But I purchased some aftermarket H4 (Fog Light, High Beam) and they actually are quite blue, and make the whole assembly look good. I replaced that little bulb in the middle with an LED, it looks good =]
