give me an answer please help
Haha already? Wow haha, hating on the guys name, I'm not a fan of that either, Hollister
But shoot i dont talk smack, who freaking cares dude. As for the G, yeah get it, all them stupid minor problems those bone stock g riders whinning about isnt a problem at all, i never really delt with any of thise issues, and when I did, it was an easy fix. It's when you go so much aftermarket parts is when you really have the problems. You wanted a 06? No problems with that, I have a 03 and loving it, no regrets, came from a Evo 8 then GS300 then G35 Coupe AT, supercharged. And quit bagging on hollister, he didn't do anything but answer to the thread foo.

I'm going to summarize the car in a sentence:
It is a rattle on four wheels.
It's got more internal rattles than any car I've ever owned, and it's a poor example of a coupe, since the chassis twists from left to right on uneven surfaces. I suffer from this on a daily basis while backing out of my inclined driveway, as the twisting makes the roof pop.
It's sad to say that my S2000 (with a soft convertible top) was stiffer than my G. Do I like the car? Yes I do, but oh do I miss my S2000!
By the way, dealers consider the chattery tranny to be normal, since the car makes the noise from day one. Truth is, some people say it's flywheel chatter, while others state that it's the throw out bearing.
Also, during acceleration, if you drive next to a wall/street median with the windows down you can hear what's best described as a "chain-dragging" noise; I like to refer to it as engine pinging, but the dealer swears it's normal and it's actually the variable valve timing mechanisms adjusting.
By the way, the leather is by far the worst in the market; it will develop creases from day one.
I know many of you will not be happy with my honesty, but it is what it is. I think what really saves this car is the looks and the exhaust note.

pay close attention and you will see. See, the thing is that if this is your first nice car, then it's all great and no problem, but if you're coming from a better car, you automatically notice the issues. By the way, I'm not putting the car down, if I completely hated it, I would have gotten rid of mine already. I just think it's pathetic that I purchased a new 07 coupe, and they are still dealing with the same crap that they were dealing with 4 years ago when it first came out. Honestly, it's not worth the hassle of going through the process of getting another car so soon, but if I would have known all these things from the start, I wouldn't have chosen this car.
It's a love-hate relationship we have
