dealers do give spares, i got 2 I-KEYS AND A regular spare key for my coupe but thats because i bought my car brand new... if the dealer didnt give you a spare than i doubt there is a spare, you will have to have a new key made

Hey sup, I bought a used 07 G35 sedan and only got 1 set of keys from the dealer. But last month I went to the dealer for an oil change and they gave me 2 new keys because theres a recall due to frequency interruption with cellphones. So I suggest you go to your dealer and ask them about it.

Best time to get a spare key would've been when you bought the car, realized it had only one key, then work it into the deal that they owe you a spare key. We did that at Lexus with my wife's RX300. I forgot to do that when I bought the G, 
so I only have one key (and an extra key fob in case I lock the key in the car. It's kinda too late after-the-fact, so if you need one now, you'll have to pay--unless the dealer is being nice. Good luck....
