Clearance Light flickering on one side when engine on

One of my clearance lights is flickering when the engine is on but it is SOLID when the car is off. What does this mean? Do I have a weak ground and how do I fix it?

Hey...that same thing is happening to me also. i just found out a couple days ago. It only happens once in a while tho. Yesterday when i got out the car i took a peak and it was flickering, and when i slammed the door, it stopped flickering. so im guessing something is loose, but im not sure.
