New to Forum - Roof Wing/3M tape help.
Hey guys I am new here. I own a g35 '03 red and recently bought a roof spoiler just like the pic below...
![](http://i20.ebayimg.com/06/i/000/a0/48/59ab_1.JPG)
Does anyone have any tips on installing it?
I read that people used 3M tapes but I am a little worried if it will eventually come off during high speed chase
I bought one from Kragen for $5 but not sure if its the right thing to go with.
Also found "3M Acrylic Foam Double Sided Molding Attachment Tape"
is this any better?
I live in San Diego, can anyone suggest where I can buy the 3M acrylic tape or any other ones?
Thanks for the help!!!!

3M double sided tape should keep it from flying off at freeway speeds.

I used 3M tape on my wheel emblems after they were black chromed and I painted the plastic cap... granted its center mass, but waayyy high revolutions - they haven’t come off (3 yrs)... I'd say if you use enough (not little slivers here and there) in the right location you will be fine using it on a spoiler.
