Burnt Blue Exhaust Tips

Iv seen a few after market exhaust systems with the tips Blue....Dose this happen on its own, or is it done intentionally?

yes it is burnt titanium, causes the metal to change colors. Its on many of the high end exhausts such as HKS

The chrome (not titanium) Supertrapp ricer exhaust I had on my old MR2 "blued" over time as the chrome was subjected to heat.

It's an oxidization process called "patination".
