I will be installing springs in my 05 coupes w/ OEM 19s and was curious as to what springs i should use for an aggressive stance with a good drop?

Also, is replacing a throwout bearing an expensive fix? or being a moderately skilled mechanic is it something I can do myself?

PS- oem sport bumper is being installed tomorrow!
