Get over yourself. People buy the G for it's overall performance and value for the dollar, not for it's 0-60 time.
While you're running around playing thread police, I recommend you also issue a reprimand to the two or three other posters who said WGAF, and stop humping my leg. Get over yourself.

It's just the fact that 0-60 times are nothing more than a bench-racing statistic for mag readers who hardly understand how to measure a car's overall performance.

honestly, i've never said anything to you or about you personally in the dozens of threads where you go bashing people about posting simple questions. as a matter of fact, i've never bashed anyone whether i thought the question was stupid or not. being one of the more adult and mature members, and being part of the staff, your main focus should be on keepng threads civil. if you have nothing productive to add, maybe you should keep your internet mouth shut and not bully people.

i agree completely with what you say oc. my point was that if you don't like the topic of the thread and there is no harm in what the o.p. is stating, do like you would do when you are listening to the radio or watching t.v....switch the channel. light hearted razzing is a huge part of what makes forums interesting, but invalidating someones question for the sake of "i'm sick of hearing it" is a waste of effort in my opinion. if the question is stupid, or the topic is inane, let the thread die by itself.

0-60 is more of indication of how well u can take of instead of measuring of how fast the car really is. A stock 300 hp car can beat a ferrari f430 in 0-60 time if the 300hp car gets 1.5 60ft time with DRs and ferrari gets a 2.4 60ft time. I know this will sound too complicated for the OP but we all were noobs once in our lifetime and we just read/do and learn.
The point of my post is that 0-60 = Bull Shiet type of measure which attracts ignorant buyers thinking if the car is a 4.5 second 0-60 car then it is fast as fvck. To prove my point go line up with evo or STI and do a 80-140 roll and see what happens with ur stock G35.
BTW Mike can't wait for fall man.
