thaT is one stupid thing!

 

I got one for ya . I was down in orlando visiting and we were out on the town and after a few drinks we relocate . Well I thought it would look cool to drift around this corner , it was three lanes wide . I hit the turn at sixty completely sideways smoke everywhere ,it was sweet til... I get around the corner about fifty yards still sideways and theres a sprinkler broken and shooting water all out into the road . I bring the back back in before i get to the water but the back slides out the opposite way. It goes back and forth a few time but everthing was under control till I noticed my buddy i guess seeing my headlights go back and forth thought I lost control decides to stop in the middle of the road. Being my luck its in the path I'm headed for . Long story short after standing on the side of the road telling arguing what dumb asses each other was. I have minor bumper, grill, headlight , and hood damage.

If you got the hook up on carbon fiber let me know , my baby is too beautiful to be scraped up

 

Buy it? I could have saved $15,000 for a late model used car (generic family type sedan).

The problem is that I wasn't even thinking about buying a car, and had never heard of the G35, before I saw one in the used lot at the Nissan dealership. I was definately attracted, and bought a new 04 4 months later.

If you mean the serious dumbest thing, probably placing something with a sharp point next to the car where the wind could blow it over into the car. And now I'll be keeping it at least another 4 years.

 

without sleepin i was going to work.5am pulling outta a gas station, decided to back up and get back up the road rather then going around the bumps, SOme douchebag put a hydrant like a 1 foot off the ground so short. i didnt see, I scrapped corner of back right bumper doesnt end Also my rear quarter =[ I was hurt =[

 

Sliding around corners. I haven't messed up my car or caused any damage, but it was still stupid. SOmetimes you gotta be stupid to have fun.

now... the stupid stupid stupid thing that happend to me with my g35 is, i was backing up in fashion squer in the valley, all the suden one lil bit** horned at me, i looked at her while reversing and boooommmmm, i fuc**** hit a S550 AMG!!!
fu** my life lol. (btw an s550 amg bumper is 1400 without labor!)

 

Here's My "DUMB" story...Did a 180 degree spin...

I'm leaving the gas station, I see water coming down from the driveway, and I don't think anything of it. I sat there for about a minute trying at the driveway exit to get out of the gas station lot and onto the main street. Finally! the traffic clears! I gun it before more cars come! (Totally forgetting about the soapy water/oil residue that is pouring out onto the street!)

I had VDC off... My G slides and goes out of control. I grab the steering wheel tight to regain control, but my car almost does a COMPLETE semi-circular 180 from all the soapy, oily, car wash water, and I'm pretty much taking up all the lanes of traffic like an idiot.. lol

Cars are honking at me! Because at this point, the traffic had caught up...
I'm just lucky no one was close enough to me where I hit them, or they hit me. Scary ****!

 

I was pretty dumb to think that the dealership would help me out or cut me a break on service without screwing me

 

Oh. I also was doing 90 on I-75 in pouring rain with bald rears because i am constantly putting the G sideways. Well i hit a bridge and as ya'al may or may not realize, but concrete bridges have less traction than the regular asphalt interstate. As soon as i hit the bridge, the back end snapped around and i was looking out my passenger window down the road with the concrete wall 10 feet in front of the nose of my car. Lucky i drift because i naturally started hitting the gas and coutersteering like hell. Brought it back the other way 90 degrees to where i was pointed at the tree line looking out my window down the road, and same thing, working the gas (abs will screw you in this situation) and coutersteering like mad! after 5 swings back and forth i was left with a car headed in the right direction, a rediculous adrenaline rush, and a broken pinky finger from cranking on the wheel so fast from left to right countersteering my baby... after i got control of myself the first thing i did was slow down and the second was call the guy who taught me the principles of drifting to thank him for giving me the basic skills to get myself out of a bad situation!!!!

 

well here's another stupid thing that's happened to me. Last Friday I went to play some football (as I usually do) well I get around to going into the pitch (there's a gate which is already open) so I just drive in as I usually do, half way through BANG the car stops as if it's hooked onto something, it was as if it was on a seesaw. I look around and there's nothing around at all, so I try and move it forward again and hear a scratching noise coming from underneath. I get out and look under and there's a f@cking metal pole that's clipped itself onto the underside of my car!!!!! damn it!!! I reverse (with scratches and all) and go in side ways so as to avoid that stupid protruding metal from underneath. Still haven't had chance to have proper look under the car, hoping for the best.

 

The dumbest thing I did was just recently...after five years of ownership and no dings in the car at all...I back into a no parking sign post and I now have two shallow parallel lines in my back bumper. The marks otherwise buffed out. This was immediately after bottoming out the car badly driving off of a paved road into a dirt parking area...which I found out wasn't really parking

This is the closest I came to wrecking my car. I don't know if it counts as stupid since I was pushing my limits at a track. The slide started from my error but at least I corrected before hitting the armco.







Here I am finally thinking...OH ****!




OH...IT TURNED Back to steering so I don't hit the wall with the rear of my car instead of the front.

the stupidest thing i did was get drunk at a farm, i parked in a open area, and walk through about shin high grass to where the party was, after a few drinks everyone was all like " bring the G over here pu$$y", at that time i didnt, i waited for all of them to fall a sleep (cuz the had there truck there) cuz i wanted to rev it and wake 'em up, so i tryed to get through the grass and both inner fender liners ripped off, they make the worst sound, i thought me exhaust fell off!, a week later i stole some bolts from the engines room at school and put 'em back haha...i feel like a douch.
