We have people come into our body shop sometimesfor stuff like that... Typically, we'll just fix for free for people.... its call MARKETING! the next time one of those people has a wreck, they will remember who was so nice to take care of them before...

I say the body shop you went to was either way slammed, you were a d!ck to them, or they just don't have the same mentality that we do...

My money is on option #3... And I'd say about 99.35% of all bodymen keep a stash of just about every screw and bolt that they pull out and replace, that is still usable...
