Hi, new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself.

Recently traded in my '03 IS300 and picked up an '06 Coupe 5AT, black. 38.5k miles, well maintained and in good condition. The difference is incredible, handling and engine output. Not sure if i have RAS (doubt it tho) Love driving it, except for a few minor details, panel rattling!

Not a stranger to forums, I'm still an active member on my.is forums. Very interested in seeing what goes on on this forum. The members of my.is forums are very tight knit and very good friends, hope its the same here.

Already caught the mod bug, nuthin serious tho, prob start off wit intake, and sways. See wha happens.

thanks, not sure if i got a good deal or not, but out of all the coupes i seen while shoppin around, this one was in the best condition. The milage was kinda high for an '06, 38.5k. But everything checked out, no signs of it being in an accident. Paid $23500 + taxes and fees.

Here are some commonly used acronyms I had trouble with when I first came here, but since you are on the is forums you may already know.

OB, TB, DG, IP= car colors. Respectively, Obsidian Black, Twilight Blue, Diamond Graphite, Ivory Pearl, and there are a couple others.

FI= If it is about exhaust's, then it's Fast Intentions exhaust. If it is just in general, it's forced induction, mean turbo etc.

CAI= cold air intake.


This forum does have a lot of people that are friends, but some people are dicks. Also, look out for any meets, most are in florida, Ny, and CA. you may also wanna check out g35nyc.com since you are in NY.
