I am trying to decide how to mod my diamond graphite 2006 coupe aesthetically. I currently have 18% window tint and 35% on the windshield and I have an optional black and white license plate so I’m thinking my theme should probably be black. I have the Ionics eyelids in diamond graphite which I absolutely love but after seeing some of the vinyl overlays from BlueBatMobile I’m hooked on the black roof, and need you guys to vote on what looks best. Just check off which you would buy right now I’m thinking smoked headlights, smoked GTR tails I just can’t decide which, and black roof, and possibly the rear valence.

So you think ONLY doing the roof overlay for the diamond graphite?

I was thinking about only the roof overlay and only the rear valence because I really like how the OEM grill looks.

 

I'm going fior something simular with my G35 6MT Diamond Grey, but going for a straight black across from hood to trunk, with a black roof. So i'm going to be using a CF Hood, CF Trunk, and a overlay for my roof and smoked tail lights and head lights. Where are you going to be buying your overlays from??? I'm interested in finding the roof overlay myself!

 

I voted Roof, rear valance and headlamps. I'm not a big fan of trying to make your car look like something its not. Customizing is one thing, but trying to make your infiniti look like a nissan or skyline doesn't really do it for me.

I really like the roof overlay....it way my #1. I do like the 06b tails tho. But agree IMHO with not turning the G into something else. I like personalization without losing the true "face" of the ride. This of course in only IMO.

 

Okay just an update I'm thinking about doing the roof overlay, and then the rear valence. And that's about it, I don't think the headlights or tail lights are honestly worth doing.
