Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you had gotten a bad speeding ticket in the G and if so what it was??

I'm just wondering cause I am 19 and have a 06 Gcoupe 6mt and just got a ticket going 92 in a 70 on my way to ECU, I dont know whats going to happen to the G or me for that matter but this is my first ticket.

 

I got one yesterday for going 86 in 60, the ticket was $250. I'm hiring a lawyer to get that dismissed.
Got only one before for going 50 in 40, it was my very first ticket, $100, deferred.
Got pulled over once for going 110 in 60, didn't get a ticket.

These are all extreme cases, I don't usually speed. I've been driving for 4 years now and these are my only 2 tickets.

 

Ive been driving for 21 years. Only had one speeding ticket, it was a laser speed trap, not in the G though.

 

Im alergic to tickets. I try to stay away from those as best as possible.

 

Haha i got one coming FROM ECU. You must have been going to homecoming. Im jealous.


Got a 79 in a 55 in bertie county.

Used Pritchett & Burtch as lawyers, cost me about 450 total with court costs but got it dropped.

i got one for doing 62 in a 45 in the G first and only ticket so far, case got dismissed saved myself $280

 

just got one recently going 95 in a 65 but that was in the hummer not the G, i saw the cop for days too but those lasers can pick u off from far away... lol takes way to long to slow the hummer down to react fast enough.

 

Not in a G, but my FX.. About a month ago 30 in a 15.
330 for the ticket, No lawyer group could guarantee me no points, how much court fees would be etc.. so I elected driving school. You get a discount and that came down to 280+40 for the online school. I have 2/4 hours.

 

I got a ticket for going 20 on a 15 zone

I got a ticket going 90 in a 45 cop felt bad and put me down for 70 I went to court and fought the ticket cop never showed up ticket was dismissed, o and I didn't have valid insurance, it expired the day before I got the ticket.

In Texas if your 20 or less over the speed limit you can take defensive driving
I don't know how it is for where you are, but if you can't have a ticket on your record you can get a lawyer to fight the ticket, there are so many loop holes like if they didn't register their radar gun that day ticket dismissed. Some roads have speed limit signs but their not state approved or the correct provisions were not takn to validate the speed limit and ur ticket would be dismissed

With a lawyer they delay court dates and stuff and they try to make it where the cop doesn't show up so the ticket will be dismissed

Where do they have 15mph speed limits? You could RUN and get a ticket! In Indiana the slowest I have ever seen is 25mph in a school zone. But unfortunately I was doing 47mph.

 

None in the G.

One in the Trailblazer. 70 in a 55. i was lost, and didnt know what the speed limit was.
