Headlight Problem

Hi,

I recently bought a 2003 G35 Sedan. I was told its been in an accident 3 years ago, and has been fixed. I don't know what the problem is with my headlights but I am thinking it could be related.

These are the 2 pictures I took.

The first one is with my lights just on.

* The driver side high beam turns on, dim *

The second is with my high beams on.

* The driver side high beam bulb does get brighter *

MY QUESTIONS ARE.

Is this a wiring issue?
What to look for (fuses, connections)?
Whats the best access to the headlight (I heard you have to take bumper off)

Please help...

Vlad

Looks like driver's side HID low beam bulb is on....and your fog lights are on because if those were the high beams, your other HID light would go out.....unless you were in the car holding the stalk in
