Ok my 1st question is yes its winter here...
I have noticed when I get in my car & use the wiper fluid by pushing the wiper blade handle up that my car squirts out the fluid does one wipe instead of 2 & stops 1/4 inch above where the blades rest at when not in use.... Think its a part about to fail a defect or just cold weather or my not pushing the handle all the way??

Also on my rear bumper my rear liscense plate was a bitch to get off so I had to kind of pry it off and it messed the edge of the plate scracted up my car... what tips can I use when brushing with touch up for should I just try and buff it to smooth it out.
