suggestions for squeaks and brakes?

Hi, I'm a month into owning my first g35 (from a g20 whoa!) and its going good. Car is smooth and fast and a little thirsty which is as expected.

I'm settling in and noticing all the details. I've got a slight squeak from the rear passenger, another from the right door area, and a third from the compartment between the seats. Anybody got any tips?

Also, it appears the front brake pads are semi metallic while the rear not. They seem a bit grabby in front. Is there any reason the fronts would be this way other than just possibly cheaper?
